Tender For Chatta Zone Patch Repair Work By Hotmix At Various Places On Shri Ram Barat Marg. - Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4 {Chapter No.20 Si No.16} 2 Supply and Laying stone dust etc all complete. 3 Providing & Applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30Kg/Sqm. On the prepared primed granular/old painted surface. Cleaned with air compressor. Including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For Bituminous Surface). (Chapter No.20 Si No.9) 4 Providing & Applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg./Sqm. Using machanical means. Before Applying prime coat. the surface will be cleaned with Mechanical broom and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The Prime Coat will be applied 24 hrsbefore the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. 5 Providing & Laying 2.5cm. thick S.D.B.C. Laying by paver finisher bitumen of the 5% by weight etc. all complete.(20-Chapter Analysis rate) 6 Supply and Fixing Cat EYE including supply of all material, loabour, T&P etc. all complete. (Chapter No.28 Si.No.5b) 7 Sub Total 8 Add/Deduction Rs. For Estimate Figure Amount Match
