(vii) Earth test point to be made inside earth pit by providing joint between downward conductor/strip coming from ground to earth continuity strip going to LT Panel. 54 ABORICULTURESupply and plantation of Korean grass including preparation, of ground to required depth and filling of sweet earth, cow dung and watering etc complete all as sepcified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 55 Supply and plantation of Ashoka plants(height of plant not less than 45 cm above ground level) including preparation of ground upto 60 cm deep and filling of sweet earth, cow dung, vermi compost and watering etc. complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 56 Supply and plantation of Bouganavilia including preparation of ground upto 3.0 cm deep and filling of sweet earth, cow dung, vermi compost and watering etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 57 Supply and plantation of crotons and hedges including preparation of ground to required depth and filling of sweet earth, cow dung and watering etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 58 S&F GI tubes (medium grade) 25mm dia galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 59 S&F GI tubes (medium grade) 20mm dia galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 60 S&F 20mm dia (3/4 inches) sprinkler with fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 61 Maintenance of the plants and grass planted vide item given above by weedings, hosing, saucer moulding once in every 15 days, planting new plants/grass in placed of dead plants/grass of same species and height with out any extra cost to the department and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete for the period of maintenance period of one year. 62 AMCAMC by OEM of STP includingmaintenance of different types of pumps, blower, filters, pipes and valves, MBBR media, tube settler media, carbon media, dual filter media,LT panel board, connecting cable including all types of major and minor repair of any defective parts, periodic cleaning (fortnightly) , scheduled maintenance of running equipments, attending to the emergency break down of the components, regular testing of plant equipments by Walk Down checks of internal conditions of equipments such as plant performance, pump test, decomposition system testing, etc. careful logging of Operational Data and periodically processing it to determine any abnormal or slowly deterioating conditions, careful control and supervision of operational conditions including all consumables and spare parts for maintenance of plant complete all as specified and directed from the next date of completion of Defect Liability Period.Any defective equipments parts of STP Plant shall be replaced without any extra cost. Note : - (i) The AMC of 1st year of maintenance will start by the next day after completion of Defect liability period. (ii) All the other items/parts which are not mentioned in the item, if required necessary for smooth functioning of STP Plant shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.(iii)All test parameters for treated water shall be tested on quarterly basis from any National Test House/IIT/NIT/Zonal Lab./Command testing Lab/NABL Lab/Govt approved Lab to confirm that parameters of treated sewage water are within specified limits and the test reports shall be submitted by the contractor with the interim payment bill due at the time of such testing. 63 Item No. 46.00 Contd...(iv)Outsourcing of services of Maint & Operation shall be done through OEM/their authorized service agency.(v) All consumables like bioculture, chlorine, calcium hypo chloride 65-70% and alum etc as required for regular maint of plant is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra amount entertained on this account. List of consumables shall be recorded and submitted during the claim of RAR. 68 Manning & Operation Outsourcing of services for manning and operationof Sewage Treatment Plant round the clock in one shifts (of 08 hrs duration each) per day including Sunday and holiday with one skilled operator and One semiskilled for trouble free operation to ensure maximum optimisation of plant including monitoring the performance of the treated sewage by data logging, monthly report preparation and reporting to MES on performance of Sewage Treatment,Note:- (i) The quoted rates of bidders shall be deemed to be inclusive of the following aspects as below and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(a) Generation and submission of reports in soft/ hard copy format as required by the Engineer-in-Charge.(b) Area cleaning and removing of grasses, bushes etc. as per instructions of the Engr-in-Charge.(c) Safety and security of all equipments, chambers, T&P, substation complete.(d) Sufficient trained manpower as per OEM or routine schedule/break down maintenance of all Plant equipment, HT/LT control system etc. 69 Item No. 49.00 Contd...(ii) The operators and helper as per OEMs instruction for proper maintainance of the Sewage Treatment system working for 08 hrs shall constitute one shift and the quoted rate of the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.(iv)Safetychart, First Aid chart and First Aid kit will be provided by contractor and the quoted rate of the contractor shall deemed to be included of this aspect. 70 All as per Ser item No 49.00 to 49.01 here-in-before but for the period commencing from the next day after completion of Srl Item No 49.00 to 49.01 above. 71 All as per Ser item No 49.00 to 49.01 here-in-before but for the period commencing from the next day after completion of Srl Item No 50.00 above. 72 All as per Ser item No 49.00 to 49.01 here-in-before but for the period commencing from the next day after completion of Srl Item No 51.00 above. 73 All as per Ser item No 49.00 to 49.01 here-in-before but for the period commencing from the next day after completion of Srl Item No 52.00 above.
