Tender For Overhauling/Maintenance Of Power Transformers Including Gasket Replacement And Oil Filtration In Main Plant Of 3X210 Mw,Atps, Anpara (Sonebhadra). - Round the Clock Routine maintenance work of 13 Nos. HT and 38 Nos. LT Transformers of 3x210 MW ATPS, Anpara, as per scope of work 2 Arresting oil leakage from radiators and associated pipe lines of the transformers. 3 Replacement of HT/LT, Neutral Bushing/ gaskets of HT/LT transformers (Excluding GT):-HT/LT side of HT Transformers (16 MVA to 40 MVA). 4 Checking of test plugs and CT terminals of HT transformers (All the three phases & neutral). 5 Arresting oil leakage from spindle bush of tap changer of GT. 6 Arresting oil leakage from top/bottom inspection cover of the transformer or back inspection cover of bushing by even tightening of nuts & bolts and applying M-seal etc. thereafter. 7 Disconnection & Re-connection of HT transformer from HV side by opening jumpers & removing carbon deposits and cleaning by CTC. 8 Replacement of Expansion Bellows of UAT 9 Cleaning of LT side links of G.T. as per Scope of Work. 10 Overhauling of Tap changer as per Scope of work. 11 Overhauling of cooling fan of HT transformer 12 Replacement of Cooling Fan of HT Transformers. 13 Rewinding of damaged motor stators of Cooling Fan. 14 Overhauling of circulating pumps. 15 Rewinding of damaged motor stators of circulating pumps. 16 Centrifuging of transformer oil of HT/ LT transformer/ Storage tank. 17 Overhauling of marshalling boxes for transformers:- upto 16 MVA. 18 Overhauling of marshalling boxes for transformers:-From 40 MVA upto 250 MVA. 19 Thorough cleaning of transformers after completion of work during overhauling/ breakdown:- upto 16 MVA. 20 Thorough cleaning of transformers after completion of work during overhauling/ breakdown:-From 40 MVA upto 250 MVA. 21 De-watering and cleaning of oil pit in transformer yard & CW pump house. 22 Cleaning/Cutting of grass of Transformer Yard including plinth area (Total area of transformer yard = 12561.38 M²). 23 Replacement of phase side Seal Off bushing of IP Bus duct at GT LV side. 24 Dismantling and Assembly of LV & Neutral Bushing, LV Turret etc. (proper replacement of gaskets /‘O’ rings). 25 Replacement of Pressure Relief Valve of HT Transformers. 26 Replacement of Expansion Bellow of GT 27 Replacement of Cooling Fan of Cooler of GT-1 28 Opening and reclosing of LV turretafter work of HT transformer 29 Dismantling and Reinstalation of HT Bushing(Single Phase). 30 Electrical testing of IR, PI, Magnetic balance & Magnetizing current, Winding resistance and Voltage ratio of GTs of 3x210 MW‘A’TPS, Anpara (Sonebhadra) as per scope of work. 31 Electrical testing of IR, PI, Magnetic balance & Magnetizing current, Winding resistance and Voltage ratio of UATs of 3x210 MW‘A’TPS, Anpara (Sonebhadra) as per scope of work. 32 Tan δ,SFRA testing of Bushings and windings of GTs of 3x210 MW‘A’TPS, Anpara (Sonebhadra) as per scope of work. 33 Tan δ,SFRA testing of Bushings and windings of UATs of 3x210 MW‘A’TPS, Anpara (Sonebhadra) as per scope of work.
