Tender For Quantum Of Work Shedule Of Maintenance And Attending Breakdwn 33/11/0.4 Kv Line 33/11 Kv Substation Auras And Miyaganj Edsd-Iii, Miyaganj Under The Area Of Electricity Distribution Division-V, Hasanganj, Unnao.--- 1 Laoding Carriage and unloading of PCC/ST pole fromESC store Unnao/Sub station store/other site to site work as per required and vice versa. 2 Carriage all type loose line material from ESC store Unnao/Sub station store/other site to site work as per required and vice versa. 3 Dismantling of old damaged pole/double pole and X-arms, brackets, insulators channels and all hardware fitting. 4 Erection of new PCC/ST pole forfitting of X-Arms, brackets insulators and other hardware fittings. 5 Erection of Double Pole structure including digging of pit and fitting of all accessories complete. 6 Placement of 10/16 KVA T/F & 25/63/100 KVA Transformer on Existing damage single /Double pole and Re-Installation and commissioning old T/F on new single/double pole in same place including dressing damaged cable, lugs, jumping & connecting Earthing of body & neutral as per required. 7 Dismantling re-usable oldpole from site to site and their erection & fitting X-arm, brackets Insulatorsand other hardware fitting etc. 8 Dismantling /Laying/Repairing of repairing of aerial bunched cable from L.T.O.H. line ( To be replace/damaged) 9 Digging of cable trench approx. 1200x1200 mm by JCB/kachha road/Pakka Road for suitable size for damaged cable joints/new cable lying 10 Opening and reconnection of consumer connections for shifting of replacement of pole. 11 Re-sagging of conductor, on old line after erection/repair of pole, binding of conductor etc. 12 Opening of H.T./L.T. jumpers/Re-jumpering from the existing H.T.O.H./L.T.O.H. line erection work. 13 Supply and fixing holding clamps for PCC/STP with nuts & Bolts 14 Supply and fixing Stay clamps for PCC/STP with nuts & Bolts 15 Supply and fixing F clamps for PCC/STP with nuts & Bolts 16 Excavation of foundation and taken out the damaged pole/pole to be shifted from the ground. Repairing of rotted bottom of STP by welding MS sheet/3 nos., MS angles of size 45x45x6 mm 750 mm long as per site condition 17 Grouting of pole with cement brick ballastand coarse sand as per standard specifications. 18 Fabrication/Modification of MS items /nuts & bolt as per requirement of sitecondition. 19 Fixing of stay rod and its erection and grouting by fitting of stay clamp, stay wire and its proper binding and tighting etc. 20 Repositioning of tilted PCC/ST Pole 21 Chopping of tree branches lying in te route of existing line touching the tree branches to the phase line conductor as per requirements of site.
