    Tender For Lagging And Aluminum Cladding Job Work With Materials; 1 Description and material 2 Insulation Work involves Cleaning of surface with wire brush after removing & shifting at required place of old damaged insulation (if any) providing and fixing of glass wool 2 (50 mm) thick as per specification, backed on one side with 3/4 Chicken wire mesh, tighten at position by means of 20 gauge G.I. Locking wire, putting 12 to 15 mm plaster over it, wrapping it with good quality hessian cloth / marking cloth and finally applying coat of POP. 3 Thermal Insulation Work involves cleaning of surface with wire brush after removing & shifting at required place of old damaged insulation (if any). Thickness of LRB Slap 2 (50 mm) with aluminium Cladding by providing light raising bonded slap (LRB Slap) density 100 kgs/m3 & aluminium sheet 24 gauge, G.I. Wire 20 SWG fixing of G.I. screw pan head 8 x13 mm by grooving all joint with necessary overlap etc.
