Tender For Special Repair To Solar Water Heaters For Certain Smqs At Af Stn Bhuj; 1 Supply & fix in replacementof ETC based Non-Pressurized and Non-Heat-Exchanger Solar Water Heater Storage Tank of size 100 LPD capacity upto G+3 Bldgs including all accessories at intel & outlet with following specification:-Inner Tank & Dish end: 2 mm thick G.I. Max Working Pressure: 0.5 kg/cm2 . Inner Coating: Anti Corrosive, Heat Resistant, Marine Epoxy Coating. Outer Coating: Seven Tank Process and Pure Polyester Powder Coating.Insulation: 50 mm, High Density, Machine Injected, PUF Insulation.Outer Cladding: 0.45 mm G.I. with Seven Tank Process and Pure Polyester Powder Coating. Side Cover: G.I. with Seven Tank Process and Pure Polyester Powder Coating. Inlet / Outlet Socket: 1 BSP, 4 mm thick with C-Class Coating and Outside Protection. Electric Backup Socket: 1.25 BSP, 4 mm thick with C-Class Coating and Outside Protection.complete all as specified and directed.Note:-(i) The existing tank demolition shall included in the quoted rate.(ii) The existing tank dismantling and deposited to MES store yard shall include in the quoted rate.(iii) All T & P/vehicle required for install of solar heater will included in the quoted rate 3 Material & labour for removing old broken/damaged solar water evacuated vacuum tube and supply and fix in replacement soalr water evacuated vacuum tube made of borosilicate glass of size 58*1800 mm,inner tube of outer surface coated with (Al-N-Al) for excellent solar radiation and absorption high efficiency three layers tube suitable for 100/200 LPD with proper airtight rubber white o ring and black o ring washer and whichever be required to make servicable of this item complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Supply and laying in replacement of 20mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 including plain CPVCwith all fittings on wall/ceiling on laying in floor/wall complete with proper steel sadding of half meter apart of each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Material & labour for in replacement GI pipe 15 mm bore medium grade, ISI marked with and including all fittings complete fixed to walls/ceiling or laid in floors including taking up/down existing old pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Supply & fix in repairs rotational moulded polythene whitewater storage tank triple layered (Cylindrical, vertical with closed top, ISI marked) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR- Part-I of capacity 200 ltrs including taking down existing tank also including provision of 20mm bore ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 455 gms) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 7 Supply and fix in replacement of 20mm bore float valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screw for iron pipe brass ferrule (Minium weight 210 gm complete with all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Supply & fixin replacement of 15mm bore bib taps ISI marked cast copper alloy fancy type chroumium plated with crutch butterfly handle screw down for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Supply & fixing in replacement of CPVC gate valves, screwed/plain both ends for iron/pvc pipe of size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Material & labour for dismantling ofPCC foundation and Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Supply and fix in replacement of tube support for 100 LPD ETC System (10 hole of 58 mm O.D.) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Supply and fix in replacement ofbrass Non return valve of size 20 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Material & labour for taking down defective existing MS framed supports for(cold water tank/Stainless steel tank/Solar ETC based) and Supply, fabrication and fixingof mild steelframe/staging / height for placing of cold water tank/Stainless steel tank/Solar ETC based for solar water heater made out of mild steel angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm, MS flat, plates of size 50 x 6 mm etc. including nut, bolts etc. including welding ,bending cold , or hot in any shape or sizeas indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat ,one under coat and one finishing coat ofsynthetic enammel paint including grouting in PCC block of 1:2:4 complete.(PCC to be measured and paid for separately in respective section) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
