Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payments. 6 Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 1, flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm for cable protection with breaking capacity as per IS complete all as specified and as directed. 7 S&F Sub-Class B brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the axis of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Boring of holes horizontal for laying pipe (minimum depth 0.75 mtr from top level) under the road pavement, hard standing using trenchless technology complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Cost of accessories required for making hole/bore deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 9 S&F RCC cable route indicator with embrossing mark as LT cable, of size75 cm x 15cm x 7.5cm alongwith foundation size 75cm x 30 cm x 30cm duly painted with color coding complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply, install, testing and commissioning of dual nature switch timer based automatic street light control panel. The panel should be suitable for 3 phase 15kw power load. The control panel should be maintenance free in design and setting accessible via mobile app (with Bluetooth connectivity). the mobile app should be allow users to (customize the ON & OFF timing based on natural light lux level sensor or local sunset/sunrise (astro) or manual time setting or combination of all options). the mobile app should also have facility ton set input voltage rage. the control panel have 2 smart timers along with suitable power contactors and incoming-outing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade Polycarbonate enclosure conforming current to IP66 and circuit should also have provision for manual operation (i.e. sensor by pass option & controlling current phase selection option at least from 2 phase). workcomplete all as specified and as directed. 28 Dismantling the all cable from panel, poles, MCB Main DBs taking out the cable loop stretching out the cable, carrying out end termination with new lugs, proper thimbling, fixing the joint kits connecting back to the new/existing panel board by means of nuts, bolt & washers of any size any type complete all as specified and as directed.Note : (i) The work includes necessary excavation to take out the loop and laying the cable, putting proper cable protection bricks using the old retrieved bricks and refill the area properly and spreading any
