fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floorsetc. including taking up existing unserviceable pipes of any type complete all as specified and as directed. 2 S&L in repair Ductile Iron pipes 150 mm dia with spigot and socketed ends class k-9 in any length with internal cement motar lining and external zinc and bitumen coated confirming to IS:8239-2000 including push on rubber gasket joints and laid in trenches as per IS 12288 complete all as specified and as directed. 3 -Do- But 100 mm 4 M & L in replacement of CI bend (any type, any radius and angle) tapers any type (straight bends, increasing or decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, double branch cross (all socket or socket and spigotted/ flanged), collar, caps and plugs all as specified and suitable for tyton rubber joints upto 150 mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Supply of iron D Clamp made out of MS flat not less than 50mm width not less than 5 mm thick, suitable size for 150mm DI pipe, 25 mm GI socket welded to D clamp with necessary gaskets, nuts and Bolts for connection, including two coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed. 6 All as above but suitable for (Note : (i) Rate inclusive for minor items like fuse wire, copper cable etc . Old meter reading should be noted down and submit to the department. Proper Fixing arrangement should be confirmed by conducting the suitable test, complete all as specified and as directed. Make of water meter : DHASMASHNote: (i) The rate quoted rate should be inclusive of fixing and testing charges.(ii) Old Water Meter should be deposited to MES Store yard. 24 Excavationin trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and gettingout in soft/ loose soil, for under ground electric cable, pipes etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 25 Returning, filling-in, including, spreading, watering and well ramming in layers notexceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified & directed. 26 Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed. 27 Cutting existing road/PCC for laying of DI pipe of sizes 150/100mm including necessary earth work, excavation upto 600mm depth but not exceeding 1 mtr depth, wide upto 450mm but not exceeding 800mm including making existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregate, thickness of concrete is 150mm and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing surfacecomplete all as specified and directed.Note :- The tenders shall take into consideration for following points while quoting his rate for this item and the unit rate is deemed be included for :-i. Earth work excavation in any type of soilii.
