REPAIR MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF LT PANEL INCLUDING LT SWITCH GEAR, EARTHING, TIMER PANEL, LT POLES, POLE BOX, OUTDOOR STREET LIGHTS, FLOOD LIGHTS, AREA LIGHTS, LT DISTRIBUTION NETWORK AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT OTM/MD ACCN OF SKP, LBS MARG, USMAN ROAD, SURYA CANTEEN, CCSR AND ADJOINING AREA OF AGE E/M EXT (ELECT) UNDER GE E/M LUCKNOW; 1 Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft / loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Material and labour for dry river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading, levelling & punning complete as specified and directed .Note :- Punned thickness (18 cm) shall only be considered for payment. 5 M&L laying well burnt old sizebricks, sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 Deployment of tools & manpower forBoring /drilling (Horizontly) manually / mechanically under existing road max 10 M in width) suitable for passing pipe of any descreption of dia 40 to 100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge 7 Material & Laying, jointing and testing in replacement of LT under ground electric power cable crossed linked polyethylene ( XLPE)insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,ISI-7098 Marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded , heavy duty 1100 Volts grade of size 95 sqmm cross sectional area, 3.5 core, complete all as specified laid in trenches / laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts / in GI pipes etc. with and including MS Clamps, nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed. The plate form shall be such that it is of a height 60 cm above the nearest road level. All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (ii) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit protection and confirming to IEC61439/IS 13947 -II (Latest Version).
