Tender For Repair To Roads And Road Furniture At Site P Under Ge Af Thane; 1 M & L for Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per Sqm,blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping ) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm all as specified and directed 2 M&L Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient andcamber (consolidated thickness 50mm or less) with 4% binder content all as specified and directed 3 M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushingwith wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat VG 20 with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen and laying bituminous premixed carpet asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted using mechanical paver to required camber and gradient complete. 5 M&L for Providing and applying 2mm thick road marking strips (Retro -Reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi auto matic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe,glass beads despenser,propane tank heater and profile shoe heater ,driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material,labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirts,seals,oil,grease and foreign material etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. 6 S&F in repair for ABS dual directional UV protective reflective panels road studs cat eye, with thin shaft, made of plastic body, of size 100x100x17/25mm fixed to the surface with epoxy/ bitumen adhesive with polymer shank as per manufacturers instructions as specified and directed. 7 S&F in repair for dual directional Solar reflective panels road studs cat eye, with thin shaft, made of aluminium alloy body, of size 132mm x 122mm x 32mm fixed to the surface with epoxy/ bitumen adhesive with polymer shank or as per manufacturers instructions as specified. 8 S&F in Repair Delineator with100 mm dia reflector cover with jali (colour - Yellow/ Red) dia of pipe 48 mm MS Pipe length of pipe/ pole 450 mm to 750 mm complete all as manufacturers instructions as specified. (Note : rate incl removing of old delineator and excavation & PCC base for new delineator) 9 S&F Plastic speed breaker with reflector 500x350x80mm size including anchor fastner and adhessivecomplete all as specified and as directed 10 S&F including all earthwork filling, concreting incl all fitting and fixtures and Convex mirror with stand ( Pole) 80cm dia complete all specifie and directed
