    Tender For Resurfacing Of Helipad Area Including Other Miscellaneous Works At Af Stn Madh Island Under Ge Af Thane; 1 M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushingwith wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat VG 10 with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed 2 M & L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete by using computerised hot mix plant, mechanical pavor and roiiling by 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified.Note :- Filling of any pot holes (coming in the area to be carpeted) in the item not exc 30mm depth by material of premix asphaltic semi dense concrete is deemed to be included in the quoted rate 3 M & L for Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per Sqm,blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping ) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed 4 M&L for painting lines,dashes,arrows,letters etc on road pavement and like not exc 10 cm width with adequate no. coats withroad marking paint white or golden yellow c all as specified andas directed.
