| 3 | PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, laid to slope as directed by Engineer in Charge over RCC roofs as padding, complete all as specified. |
| 4 | Rendering15 mm thick (Average thickness) rendering on roof surface including flashings and junction of parapets etc., finished even and fairin cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound as recommended by manufacturers after brushing cement slurry @ 1.20 kg/Sq. m, complete all as specified. NOTE: Supply only WPC will be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BoQ. |
| 5 | APP based polymeric membrane laid on primed roofs & flashing by forced application using Butane torch and sealing all joints on primed surface by applying hot blown industrial grade bitumen @ 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/Sq.m over a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.40 litre per square metre over clean RCC/plastered roof surfaces & flashings complete, all as specified. |
| 6 | 40 mm thick brick tiles are bedded over 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6),and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on APP membrane complete all as specified. |
| 7 | Heat resistant terrace tiles (300mm x 300mm x 20mm), ISI MARKED, with SRI (solar refractive index) >78, solar reflection >0.70 and initial emittance>0.75 on waterproof & sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20mm thick cement sand mortar (1:4) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio (1:1) including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts including providing skirting uoto 150mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified. |
| 8 | Making benching with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using water proofing compound) along side walls adjoining to roofs, in CONCAVE SHAPE,complete all as specified. NOTE: WPC will be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BoQ. |

| 10 | Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified. |
