However the rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any other minor spares require replacement. 49 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of transformers of capacity 63 KVA to 750 KVA with coarse cloth/brushandpaintingthroughoutexternallyonexposedsurfaces withtwocoatsofsmokegrey coloursynthetic enamelpaintincluding completeincludingonecoatofwhitewashforbase foundationall as specified and directed. 50 Supply and fix in replacement of Heating element with thermostate 250W suitable for dehumidifying VCBs complete all as per sample and as specified and directed. 51 Supply and fix transformer breathers transparent of standard size suitable for 3150 KVA transformers 33/11 KV volts transparent type including removing the existing u/s one complete all as specified. 52 M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of fencing of power transformers, 3.15MVA capacityby scrapping with steel wire brush/scrapper emery paper, etc. and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer (painting shall be done by spray machine)complete all as specified and directed. 53 M & L for brick work using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 Mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) incl demolishimg existing all as specified & directd. 54 M & L for rendering 10mm thick on fair face of brick work in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.
