Dismantling cement conglomerate floors 25mm to 50mm thick without concrete base

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles indifferent sizes in light colour shades made using Soluble Salt Technology (thickness to bespecified by the manufacturer) with waterabsorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. ( Soluble salt Print Penetration should be up to 1 to 2 mm after the tiles are fired and polished (a) 600mmx600mm

Providing and laying Anti skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., completewhite cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/SemiMatt/Glosy/HighlyGlossfinish/Highlighter/emboss conforming to IS :15622 (thickness to be specified by themanufacture of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 450 x 310 mm as approved by Engineer-in- Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete CSR 2020 Item No. 14.127
