Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an even shade over an including a priming coat cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar ,Asion Paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of allmaterial as directed by Engineer- in-Charge required for completion of work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm)on existing cement paint surface as required including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc as directed by Engineer- in-Charge required for completion of work.

Laying Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 cement, course sand, shingle/grit 12-20 mm. size Includingcost of allmaterials, labour, T&P etc as directed by Engineer- in-Charge required for completion of work.

Mild steel or iron work of small size and sections (40mmX40mmX6mm) such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie roads, gratings etc. wrought to required from, including of supply of steel, bolts, nuts and wastage of fabrication of door and window frame including cost of hinges required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer- in-Charge required for completion of work.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm with Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green and after 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours as directed by Engineer- in-Charge required for completion of work.
