Replacement of old and deteriorated wooden sleeper with Broad Gauge Monoblock Pre-stressed Concrete sleepers complete in all respects including dismantling and removing the residue/ deteriorated wooden sleeper, removal of ballast/ soil/ formation up to nine feet across the track to accommodate new departmental PRC Sleeper and inserting in track the PRC Sleepers lying along the cess/ formation/slope/toe with all departmental fitting to specified gauge with contractor\"s tools including one packing to make track fit for 20 Kmph speed and dressing of ballast complete for casual sleeper renewal as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Shallow screening of track ballast up to the base of the sleeper by manual labour including removal of ballast/soil/formation up tothe base of the sleeper 10 feet across the track, to recover the clean ballast by screening on wire mesh, making up the clean cushion up to top level of the sleeper by spreading extra ballast (Departmental supply), packing/ Compaction of ballast, unwanted material i.e. muck, soil to be disposed up to a distance of 7.5 meter from track with contractor\"s labour and tools complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
