Providing and carrying out complete architectural cum design consultancy services including detailed topographical surveying, geotechnical and soil investigations, preparation of conceptual designs, architectural planning, detailed architectural and structural designs, MEP and electro-mechanical designs, preparation of detailed estimates and a comprehensive Detailed Project Report (DPR) and all related drawings in conformity with the Design Basis reports, Specifications and Standards specified for the New Domestic Terminal Building with parking, ATC Tower cum Technical Block, Fire Station, Electrical Sub-Station, approach roads, ancillary structures, allied works, airport systems, IT and security systems at Keshod Airport, Keshod (Gujarat); obtaining necessary statutory approvals from various authorities; obtaining necessary approvals from the Client; and providing design consultancy, technical support, and assistance during construction, commissioning of the project.

Total Consultancy Fee for this Project.

NOTE :-a. Above Architect and Design Consultant Fee are inclusive of all but excluding GST. GST shall be paid at actual as per Statuary Rules b. The Consultant\"s quoted price shall remain firm and binding for the entire duration of the contract. Any increase or decrease in the overall contract value of the main project shall have no impact on the Consultant’s quoted fee. No escalation or revision in price shall be entertained under any circumstances related to the variation in project cost
