Tender For Ward Number-06: Interlocking Work In The Square From Harirams House To Buntys House - E/W in cutting or in embankment in orinary soil excavation to be in the from of regular pite not be exceeing 0.50 m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also incluing 1.5 m lift and 8km lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30m distance as directed by the engineer in charge. 2 Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement, in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors,including supply of all materials, labour, Tools& plants etc. required for proper completion of the work 3 Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in theproportion of 4:2:1 including supply of allmaterials, labour, Tools & plants etc. requiredfor proper completion of the work. 4 First class Brick Work in 1:4 cement& Coar sand 2.20F.M. mortar in foundation andplinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. requried for propercompletion of the work. 5 12mm thick plaster with cement and Coar sand of1.25 finenessmodules in 1:4 over brick workminimum thickness not to be less than 1cm.including supply of all aterials, labour, tools&plantsetc. required for proper completionof thework. 6 Supplying, fitting and placing with MS bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 including bending for proper and necessary completion of the work and including supply of steel and wastages, bends, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measurised as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 7 R.C.C. work with Cement approved coarsesand and 2 3/4) gauge approved stoneballast in the proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels fodoors and windows excluding supply einforcement and its binding but including itsfixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I., binding wire and including necessarycentering and shuttering etc. and also includingsupply of all materials, labour and T & P etc.required for proper pletion of the work.Excluding cost of Binding wire. 8 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical specification clause 402 9 Laying & supplying of 80 mm precast cement concrete I- shape Interlocking paver blocks with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimesion 200X(160+120mm)OP Cement,smoot high gloss finish skid resistant manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism.The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30 Mpa (m -30) and weight 5 kg per no. conferming to IS:15658-2006 including cost of material ,labour ,T &P etc.required for proper completion of the work as directed by Egneer -in charge .But excluding up TT which shall be paid extra as rules as per item no.9 10 Laying & supplying of 80 mm precast cement concrete I- shape Interlocking paver blocks with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimesion 200X(160+120mm)OP Cement,smoot high gloss finish skid resistant manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism.The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30 Mpa (m -30) and weight 5 kg per no. conferming to IS:15658-2006 including cost of material ,labour ,T &P etc.required for proper completion of the work as directed by Egneer -in charge .But excluding up TT which shall be paid extra as rules as per item no.9 11 Supply And Fixing of Granite stone for inauguration Board
