Conducting a thorough survey of the unauthorized/encroached construction zone in the Akola Municipal Corporation area, preparing a file regarding unauthorized construction, issuing notices to unauthorized construction holders, ensuring whether the construction proposal is valid for improved construction permission, updating all the information on GIS, removing unauthorized advertisement hoardings, removing unauthorized constructions and removing unauthorized hawkers from the roads, and appointing private working agents for doing videography etc.-1 A) Conducting direct survey of unauthorized construction and preparing file accordingly till final order. 2 i) To conduct a thorough survey of unauthorized construction zones in the city.ii) To prepare an official record regarding unauthorized construction with the help of the Town Planning Department.iii) To issue notices to unauthorized constructions as prescribed.iv) After serving the notice, the Sadar unauthorized construction owner should submit a proposal for rectified construction permission or not and complete the process.v) To ensure that the owner of the unauthorized construction has received the rectified construction permission and complete the process regarding filing penalty for unauthorized construction.
