Quarterly Visit To All The Camps For Checking And Minor Repairs If Any - A Report Should Be Submitted At The End Of Each Trip. 2.) In Case Of Emergency Repair Of Power Plants - 4 Free Of Cost Visits In A Year When Called Within 2 Days Of Such Call. 3.) In Case Of Replacement Of Any Major Parts, The Part Will Be Bought And Provided By The Offi Ce. 4.) Transport Within The Tiger Reserve Will Be Provided By The Offi Ce But Transport Until Boat Boarding Point (Godkhali/ Dhamakhali) Should Be Managed 5.) Payment Will Be Made Partly After Completion Of 2 Quarterly Inspection Or At The End Of The Contract Period.
