Tender For Construction Of Helipad/Pavement Etc. In Distt Pilibhit For The Possible Arrival / Programme Of Vvip - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. as per MORT&H Specification No. 201 Clause 2.3To provide smooth and firm level for safety purpose 2 Painting H & L at Helipad 3 Filling of cartage earth (3 Km. Distance) both side of shoulder of the road including loading, unloading, ramming, dressing and leveling etc complete as per direction of Eng-in-charge. 4 Sand filling in foundation trenches abutment wall etc,in layers including watering ,compacting including all lead & lift and also all materials ,labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work (SI-255) 5 JCB for making of side road and levelling of ground and vehicle parking ground 6 Brick soling with straight over burnt bricks laid flat and dry including preparation of subgrade to prescribed camber and including supply of bricks, filling joints with local earth, spreading blinding coat of 1 cm (3/8) depth of local earth of P.I.5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completions of the work.As in item 762(a) but with bricks laid on edge. Payablecostof Bricksi.e 50%(asusedBrickstakenbackby contractor) 7 Brick soling with straight over burnt bricks laid flat and dry including preparation of subgrade to prescribed camber and including supply of bricks, filling joints with local earth, spreading blinding coat of 1 cm (3/8) depth of local earth of P.I.5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completions of the work.As in item 762(a) but with bricks laid on edge.Payablecostof Bricksi.e 30%(asusedBrickstakenbackby contractor) 8 Struck cement pointing with 1:2 cement and sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar with coloring materials to match the brick work colour including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plant etc. required for proper completion of work. As per SOR 574 9 Labour (Non Tech)
