Tender For Patch Repair Work Of Damaged Roads At Various Places In Ward-60 Shyampur Main. - Supplying and laying of 22.4-53mm gauge stone ballaste with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per the direction of engineer incharge 2 Suplying of screening material with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge 3 Consolidration of stone aggregate of 45-63 mm/22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100kn static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushable screening ti fill up the 4 Supplying laying tack coat of bitumen@0.30kg/sqm including heating the VG10 bitumen spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated sparay unit fitted on bitumen boiler&cleaning and prepairing the existing road surface etc all completed as per the direction of engineer in charge 5 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macdam (D.G.B.M.) with HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG30@4.5 PER cent by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade level alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and e-in-c latter no 2651DT 27.07.12 for proper completion of work as per direction of engineer in charge including all labour 6 Providing and laying bituminous concrete (B.C.) with HMP crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading premixd with bituminous binder(VG30)@5.40% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade level alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction 7 GST
