AS PER PWD SOR 2022 20.2.1 3 Consolidation of stone aggregates of 45-63 mm/22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2/3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. AS PER PWD SOR 2022 20.2.1 4 S/L Tack coat of bitumen @ 0.30 kg/m2including heating the VG 10 bitumen spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated sparay unit fitted on bitumen boiler & cleaning and prepairing the existing road surface etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge. (AS PER RMR) 5 Providing and layingbituminous concrete with HMP crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled. vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&HSpecification no. 507 ) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and e-in-c latter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12 for proper completion of work as per direction of engineer-in-cgarge including all labour,T&P,taxes , labour cess etc. complete. 6 GST
