Restoration / Upkeepment of Lift Irrigation Station Bobiya (Distt Kathua) damaged due to floods- 1 Restoration / Upkeepment of Lift Irrigation Station Bobiya (Distt Kathua) damaged due to floods 2 Desilting of pump house from insidethe pump room caused due to heavy flood in adjoining nallah resulting intensive accumulation of sand/ silt and other unwanted material thus causing heavy damage to the installed existing electro mechanical components lying inside the pump room. The job further involves clearance of sand, silt and unwanted material from inside the pump room. Dismantling of installed electro-mechanical equipment from their installed position for the purpose of cleaning of silt, sand accumulated beneath and around the surroundings of equipment by using various cleaning chemicals.Cleaning and washing the floor of the pump house .The job includes removing of bushes, pebbles and stones from periphery and along the side of approach path ways. The job is to be executed by engaging labour and necessary tools and tackles forremoving silt, sand and other unwanted materials away from the pump house at certain distance from the site at a suitable place. Servicing of 2.5cusec x 9m head horizontal casing pump set coupled with 15 HP motor of Unit No. 1 and 2.5 cusec x 9 m head horizontal splitcasing pump set coupled with 12.5 HP motor of Unit No. 3 done by way of de-coupling from the motor and suction delivery lines at site, providing and fitting of new graphite gland packing with nut bolts, rubber sheet after cleaning the gland bushes and gland plate sets, applying sufficient amount of grease to bearings. Servicing of 15 HP motor of pumping unit no 1 by the way of dismantling of side covers then extraction of rotor & stator. Cleaning the stator and applying two alternate coats of varnish and drying each coat by hot air process. Fitting the rotor and complete greasing of bearings properly. Fitting the damaged cable ends at motor side after repairs and then thimbling them properly after providing of copper thimbles of required size. Testing of Pumping unit at full load. Dismantling of the flood hit 12.5HP electric motor of Pumping unit no-III from base frame, pump & motor starter, carriage by head load to nearest road side by manual labour & transportation to workshop for repairs/ rewinding. Dismantling of the flood damaged 12.5HP Motorat workshop for extraction of damaged windings, cleaning of stator slots and complete rewinding of themotor with new copper wires of requisite gauge and specifications, standard make. Providing / fitting of new insulation, packing material, then varnishing with superior quality varnish & drying in oven in controlled temperature.. Back carriage to site i.e LIS Bobiyaafter repairs and reinstallation, commissioning and testing on load conditions.Job further includes compete rewinding of Priming Motor of 2 HP of priming unit by way of dismantling of motor and extracting rotor out of it. Complete rewinding of motor at workshop.. Fitting the motor with pump.Repair/servicing to 150 mm dia sluice valve of unit no. I and Unit III , installed at Lift irrigation station Bobiya, by way of cutting of nuts and bolts around the sluice valve. Completely dismantling all the internal parts of valve and cleaning the all parts of valve properly with suitable chemical. Providing and replacement of new gland packing, gland plate with gland nuts.Properly checking inner body of sluice valve for any cavitations voids or corrosion repairing of the same. Complete assembling of valve with providing of graphite packing. Providing and fitting of rubber sheet between the flanges on both side of valve with providing of new nuts and bolts. Repair to 200 mm reflux valve dia by way of dismantling reflux valve from delivery side. The job involves extraction of flap of reflux valve and cleaning the internal parts of valve. Replacement of hinge and hinge pin of the valve. Fitting of the valve on the delivery line with providing and fitting of new nuts and bolts along with rubber sheet.Up-keepment / Servicing oftwo number choked foot valves of 200 mm of unit no. I and III atLIS Bobiya by way of dismantling of foot valves along with choked suction pipes and cleaning of mud/silt from pipes and foot valves using special tools and tackles. Complete dismantling of foot valves and then providing/fitting of new leather washers cut to size with proper holes, adjustment of flaps with repairs to hinges after proper welding where ever required. Reassembling the foot valves along with suction pipes by providing/fitting of new rubber sheets and nuts, bolts etc.Providing of two no. drainage outlets, by way of excavation of concrete wall and laying of GI pipeline of 4 inch diameter of suitable length and providing of suitable size NRV at the ends each pipe , concrete up pipe level and adjacent area to seal up and plinth protection.Providing and fitting of Sun Shade at themain door of pump room with MS frame and fitting of fiber sheets with suitable nuts and bolts. Job also includes repairs to leakage portions of the roof top.Repair to damaged 2 no. windows by providing hinges and welding them to main frame. Providing of fiber sheets at 2 no. windows at outer side to safeguard machinery from rain water.Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, transportation charges, welding set charges etc and other kinds of taxes thereof.
