    Tender For Procurement Of Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorter (Facs) Laser lines I. Benchtop/Floor flow cytometer cell sorter requires at least 3 laser lines (optionally upgradable up to 4 laser lines) i.e., 488 nm /equivalent blue Laser, 561 nm / equivalent yellow-green laser, 640 nm /equivalent red Laser. II. The required filters/ filter assembly must be provided as standard. III. The laser should be at least 15 mW. IV. Laser coupling/combining unit should have options for changing/upgrading more lasers in future. V. Please mention the maximum CW power of each laser and typical life should be at least 10000 hours. and supporting OEM documents must be provided. VI. The laser system must be capable of detecting particles with diameter 1 micron and above. 2 Fluorescence color The system should have at least 6 fluorescence/ colors (8 parameters) measurement capability simultaneously from given 3 lasers. 3 Flow cell chip System should be supplied with nozzle size of 70 µm and/or 100 µm and/or 130 µm to permit sorting of a wide range of cell sizes.
