(Contractor shall complete the work in totality) 6 Installation Testing & Commissoning of 33 KV RMU with power pack including fixing of all accessories, T&P and Labour as per RESPO Norms and direction by supervising Engineer. (Contractor shall complete the work in totality) 7 Work of Chemical Earthing for 11 KV RMU/33 KV RMU as per RESPO Manual.(All material provided by the contractor at his own cost for proper completion of work.) 8 Construction of plinth of size 6 *6 * 4 above ground level one ft below the ground level of 9 After Exavation of 4 earth brick ballast shall be provided and rammering willbe done properly After ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly After that a retaining wall 9width by fist class brick in ratio 1:4 of cement & sand shall be made . The earth shall be filled up to one ft.below the top of the plinth After this brick ballast shall be provided upto 6from the earth level and proper rammering shall be done one No. jall of 12 mm MS tor shall be fixed in the hollow of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in ratio of cement sand & stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12 mm thick plastering shall be done all round the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand. .(All material provided by the contractor at his own cost for proper completion of work.) 9 Net Fencing of RMU Shall be 1150*1200 mm made of 35*35 mm MS Angle covered by expended netal 14 SWG up to full Height 1200 mm duly steftened by MS flat by an 8 SWG dia bolt & nut . (All material provided by the contractor at his own cost for proper completion of work.) 10 Laying and dressing of 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x300 sqmm in the trench 450 mm fine sand cushion beneath and 150 mm fine sand cushion above the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by 1 class brick two on either side and third on top of the cables. Laid in series one after the other. The work includes supplying of fine sand & bricks refilling and ramming of the left out soil closing the trench and leveling Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. Cables laying work includes unroling cutting / megaring & sealing both ends of the cable. 11 Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x300sqmm with making loop as RESPO norms and direction by supervising Engineer. 12 Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x185sqmm in the trench 450 mm fine sand cushion beneath and 150 mm fine sand cushion above the cable. (All material provided by the contractor at his own cost for proper completion of work including labour, T&P as per site requirment.)
