Tender For Construction Of Rcc Drain In Ward- 14 From The House Of Santosh Maddheshiya To Pokhari (Dakhi) - Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 m (200ft.)(SN - 692) 2 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clau or sand) including lift upto 1.50 m & lead up to 30 m including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into space between the building and sides of foundation treanch or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surpluse earth as directed by the engineer in charge up todistance of 30 m from the foundation trenches ( excluding royalty) (SN - 251) 3 Concrete with 4 cm gauge Brick ballast, Fine Sandof 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation & under floorsincluding supplyof all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work, finish to required template as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.as per S.I no 275 4 R.C.C.slab work with cement and approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:43excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing & binding the same with 24 B.W.G.gi binding wire and including necessary cenering & suttering etc.and also including supply of all material including work complete in all respectin. R.C.C. Raft foundation and footing with 4 cm. gauge approved stone ballast. SI 287 5 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick wark (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks. SI 504 6 R.C.C.slab work with cement and approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:43excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing & binding the same with 24 B.W.G.gi binding wire and including necessary cenering & suttering etc.and also including supply of all material including work complete in all respectin. R.C.C. T-Beam,slab roof,lintel beam, Plinth beam & RCC Columns. SI 288 7 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick wark (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks. SI 504 8 E/w in cutting or embankment in ordinary soil ,cartage up to 6 km 9 Deduct old brick 10 Site clearance,baricating & head load
