Tender For Repairs To 02 Nos. Of Bore Well Submersible Pumping Equipment At water supply scheme Sunburn Sumbal Under M And R-1 BORE WELL / UBE WELL SUBMERSIBLE PUMPING EQUIPMENTS. Repairs to bore well 12.5 HP submersible motor by way of decoupling of damaged 3-phase 2900 RPM submersible motor from the pump motor assembly at site. Shifting the decoupled motor from site to the workshop in a private load carrier arranged by the firm. At workshop, the motor is to be dismantled by way of opening all nuts, bolts, cover plates etc. And the damaged/burnt out windings extracted from all stator slots by special tools & tackles, skilled manpower. After extraction of the windings from the stator the same shall be rewound by using PVC insulated Cu-wire of proper gauge and specification and inserted back in the stator slots of the motor as per actual pitch and turns. The Job includes insulation of the windings by proper insulating material, tape etc. And assembling back of rotor, stator, cover plates, all nuts and bolts of the motor. The repaired motor shall then be shifted back to site from workshop in a private load carrier to be arranged by the firm and at site the motor shall be recoupled with the pump. All power connections shall be reconnected with the motor. 2 Retrieving for repairs and then Lowering back the repaired motor coupled with the pump into the bore well by refitting each of the column pipes one by one, tightening all the nuts and bolts & inserting the new RI cloth in between the flanges where ever required. After complete lowering the unit shall be tested on full load. (For depths exceeding 50 meters up to 100mtrs.) 3 Providing, inserting & fixing/tightening of new bronze bushes in the lower and upper manifolds (04 Nos) of the 12.5HP bore well submersible motor in place of damaged bushes by way of first extracting the old damaged bushes from the manifolds by means of tools and tackles, skilled technical manpower, making the inner surfaces of the manifolds smooth having high precision and accuracy by machining on lathe. The Job shall include casting, fabrication, machining & finishing of the new bronze bushes, before being fixed into the manifolds. 4 Providing and fitting of new Ratchet racer assembly complete to 12.5HP bore well submersible motor after extracting the old damaged ratchet racer assembly by suitable tools and tackles, skilled technical manpower etc. 5 Repairs to 3 Submersible Pump (02 No.’s) Dismantling of the submersible pump at site, shifting to the workshop, repairing, shifting back to site. All the technical manpower, tools and tackles involved in the execution of the job for disassembling and assembling after repairs shall be arranged by the firm. At site the pump shall be recoupled with the motor all power connections shall be reconnected with the pump and motor assembly shall be lowered back into the sump/Well by refitting each of the column pipes one by one, tightening all the nuts and bolts & inserting the new rubber washers/RI cloth in between the flanges where ever required. After complete lowering of the unit by the firm, the unit shall be tested on full load. Job includes repairing / fabrication and providing / replacement of following items. 6 Replacement of bowl stage bushes for fitment of bronze impellers 7 Deduct on account of old scrap i.e 80% of item No. 1 and old material if any shall be returned to divisional store against indent.
