    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Rewinding Of Armature Of Gen Set 10 Kva; Rewinding Of Armature Of Gen Set 10 Kva; Yes; Service Provider Premises REPAIR MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING OF ITEMS 1. Repair and Replacement: Ensure that all repairs/replacement/overhauling of worn out parts, servicing and maintenance activities are logged, compatibility and quality of replacement parts. 2. Quality Assurance: Offer a warranty on the repaired work and replaced components with in period. 3. Costumer Communication: Keep the customer informed throughout the repair process and provided update on the status of the repair and additional findings. 4. Access to Buyer premises: The Service Provider and/or his authorized representative shall be provided access at reasonable hours to the premises for inspection of the product/machinery to be repaired/ overhauled. 5. The timely payment shall be made by buyer as per the payment schedule as defined by the buyer in the tender/bid. 6. Inspection of Stores: The CO/OC Unit or his authorized representative will have full and irrevocable power to inspect the equipment and repair work at all times. In case the CO/OC unit is not satisfied with the quality or progress of repairs, he will have full authority to terminate the repair order and get the work done elsewhere at own expense and Total Quantity :
