Wall shutter with the pre cast slab of size 1.80m x 0.30m to a 50mm thickness. The rate inclusive of earthwork, concrete, erection, all materials, labour charges, conveyance chares, Fixing charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 10 | Supplying the structural steel, MS Flats, Square Rods, Angles, Channels etc., for vertical members / bracing /stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market, the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer). |
| 11 | Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron U shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I clibs to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 Kg / Sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm / metre (cost of M.S angle, C.C blocks shall be paid separately etc.,) complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 12 | Pumping the surface water from the earthwork portion / Rain water from the low lying area wherever required in the Port area with 5 HP Mud Pump. The cost including hire charges for 5 HP Mud pump, diesel, oil, manpower, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 13 | Applying One coat of Red oxide primer over new steel and other metal surfaces including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steel wool, scrapers and sand paper etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 14 | Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 15 | Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of ACE - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 16 | Providing and Fixing of Height Guage with steel confirming to IS : 2062-1999 including fabrication, asembly, erection, launching, riveting/welding, bolting, initial coats of zinc chromate priming conforming to relevant IS specification and three coats of aluminum paint of approved quality conforming to IS: 2339 on all surfaces after final erection including 25KV AC Danger Board etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 17 | Deploying earth moving machinery JCB wherever required for the following works viz., Earthwork excavation, filling, levelling the undulated area, cleaning the vegetation along with roots, removal of unwanted debris / juliflora trees, loading into lorry and for any other works required etc., including cost of diesel, oil, operator charges etc.,complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 18 | Loading, conveying and unloading the Fly ash from Primary bund (TTPS) by engaging Loading equipments, lorries / tippers within a lead of 12 Km by road and dumping in low lying area shown by the departmental officers. The cost including loading, conveying, unloading, dumping, levelling, sectioning the low lying area and cleaning the area etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. Note : Payment will be made on volumetric basis. |

| 24 | Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc,.complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |

The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials). |
