Vidhayaly Hadala Bhatiyan; 1 Excavation of soil upto 1.5 depth in foundation, trench, drain, tamping the bottom, pouring water, beautifying the sides, taking out the excavated soil, filling up the empty spaces with soil again after filling the foundation and disposal of the remaining soil upto a distance of 50 meters Excavation for foundation footing F-1 to F-14 in normal/soft soil 2 In cement concrete foundation, mix 40 mm nominal size stone aggregate (crusher broken)/ brick aggregate in cement sand mortar 1 in the ratio of cement : 6 sand : 12 aggregate, pour and tamper including tamping. If hand broken gravel is used in place of 40 mm crusher broken stone gravel (As per IS code 7272 and 10067) with stone aggregate (crusher broken), the same quantity will be payable but 30% reduction in the rate of aggregate will be done. P.C.C for Footing F-1 to F-10 3 Cement concrete Pouring and supplying of reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4/1:1.5:3 mixture, pressing in roof slabs, balcony, beams, lintels etc., plastering and leveling the surface with 1:3 cement mortar etc. including scaffolding but cost of steel and shuttering separately. Ratio 1:1.5:3 R.C.C. for footing F-1 to F-10 R.C.C. for Column C-1 to C-10 4 Centering/Shuttering (plank and truss) for RCC roof, slab, balcony, lintel etc. upto 4.5 meter height and removal etc. as per specifications. Shuttering steel footing F-1 toF- 14,Column C-1 to C-10 5 Fitting and supply of green or yellow colour lit roof expo corrugated sheet (rust proof, damp and weather proof and lamp proof). Analysis 3.5 X 4.5 = 15.75 sq.m 6 Cutting, bending, fixing and fastening of iron for RCC work along with supply. 7 Iron work in grills/gates etc. including cutting, mounting and fixing of flat cones, T and corrugated (channel) etc. 8 Applying enamel paint in 3 layers to give an even shade. Creating an even surface on new work/old work.
