Moradabad Road, Sambhal Under Edd Sambhal - For EDD Sambhal 2 Safe carriage of the following material from Store Centre JEs store to work site including loading and unloading at both ends. 3 3 x 120 Sqmm 11 KV XLPE Cable 4 11 KV out door Jointing Kit for 3 x 120 Sqmm 5 11 Mtr. Long STP Pole 6 11 KV Out Going VCB 7 Line material such as V-tpye Cross-Arms, 11 KV Pin Insulators, Disc Insulator, Disc Fitting, T-Off Channel Dropper Channel, Top Channel, MS Angel, Earthing Rod, Stay Wire, Stay Set etc. 8 Single Support Structrue 9 The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft & hard rock and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the addisonal S.T. Pole in long Span. Erection of single support line, complete with providing & fixing of all clamps and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as an fabrication work if required. 10 Fabrication and fixing of side Channel with clamp (50 Nos.)& Fabrication and fixing of supporting Angle for side channel with clamp (50 Nos.) 11 Double Pole Structrue 12 Double Pole Structure Excavation of foundation Pit in Size of 75 x 45 cm having depth of 1/6th of the full length of ST Pole, Erection ofST pole complete with providing and fixing of all clamps made of MS flat of size 75 x 8 mm. and other accessories. The work includes fabrication work and fixing of cross bracing sets 3.5 Mtr from MS angle 65 x 65 x 6 mm/50 x 50 x 6 mm. The work includes cutting holes and providing MS Bolts of 16x 40 mm size in the middle of the cross bracing with 1 No. sparing washer of proper size. 13 Grouting of Support in CC 1 :4:8 (Cement, Sand & 40 mm. brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size 45 x 45cm x 1/6th of full length of the support up to ground level, 30 Cm plinth above the ground level with CC 1:3:6 (Cement, course sand and stone grit) with muffing. The work includes back filling and proper ramming etc. Single &Double pole structure. 14 Grouting of Stay Rods (20 x 1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) M in the ratio of 1:4:8 (Cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc. 15 Fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps. 16 Earthing of support with MS Earth Rod of (20 x 2500) mm long including excavation of pit and driving MS Rod 3.0 M apart from support and 0.5 M Below the ground level and connection below the earth electrodes with the help of GI wire No 8 SWG and earthing lugs (Earthing complete (Rod and wire) will be provide by the contractor) 17 Fixing of 11 KV Pin Insulator with Pin as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 18 Fixing of 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 19 Laying, (Hanging with support of stay wire)Stringing and bindingof XLPE Cable 3 x 120 Sqmm (1445 Mtr.+ Loop) as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervision Engineer, 20 11 KV VCB FOUNDATION:- 21 Construction of plinth and foundation for VCB as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervision Engineer (Material for plinth and fencing will be provide by the Contractor) 22 Installing of 11 KV VCB O/G Feeder & Providing and fixing 02 Nos Proper Earting work as per RESPO Norms and as per direcion os Supervision Engineer. 23 Boring and lowering and providing of G.I. pipe size 32 die. 20 mtr. In to the round up to water level with the lower end of solid copper cone approx 225 mm long and 750 gm in weight shall be provided and screwed in pipe as well as supply and bringing out a continues copper wire 3 Kg. from the cone up to the ground swface where it will be bolted to the m.s earth strip for connecting to VCB. 24 11 KV UNDER GROUND CABLE LAYINGWORK :- 25 Digging of pit for laying of under ground XLPE cableof size 1050x750mm. (Kuchha/Bricks Road) 250 mtr. 26 Providing and fixing 150 mm dia 6 Mtr long HDPE Pipe 140 mm OD PN-4& Inserting 11 KV 3 x 120 Sq.mm. XLPE cable in HDPE Pipe Safely & laying ofOne No., 3x120Sq.mm. XLPE Cable in pits (trench) 27 Providing & Fixing HDPE Pipe 140 mm for supporting of 11 KV 3 x 120 Sq.mm. XLPE cable (Double Pole) 28 Laying, of under ground XLPE Cable 3 x 120 Sqmm (250 Mtr.+ Loop & updown) as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervision Engineer, 29 Providing and fixing 150mm dia 6 Mtr long HDPE Pipe 140 mm OD PN-4for 11 KV, 3 x 120 Sq.mm. XLPE cable before mounting the cable on double pole. Work includes fixing of clamp, sealing of top and bottom end . 30 Making of 11KV outdoor type heat shrinkable XLPE Cable jointing Kits and crimping of proper size aluminium lugs. Work includes providing insulating tapes etc. as per specifications
