SI No. 772 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 3 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.35 Kg/Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 5.2-503 (iii) 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness compossed of 13.2mm and 11.2mm aggregates either using pentration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course in previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type as per Technical Specification Clause 5.9-508 5 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 5.12-510 6 First Class Brick work in (1:4) ratio cement & coarse sand mortar i/c labour materials T&P…..etc complete.SCH.P.W.D. 305(b) 7 12mm cement plaster (1:3) ratio cement & fine sand mortar…...etc complete.
