Construction of Kotla Swankh road. (Under District Capex Budget 2025-26)- 1 Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on Plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr. 2 All kinds of soil. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 4 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 5 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 6 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness)including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses,string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills,fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with.A)1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: 8 Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete. 9 Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. 10 Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete. 11 Providing and laying 100 mm dia PVC pipes for weep holes. (LMR) 12 Providing and laying 900mm dia RCC Hume Pipe non pressure of specified class RCC pipes including collars / spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement:2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete. 13 Hand-packing stones in wire-crates including cost of crates and stones 14 Dumping stones in horizontal i.e. on level including cost of stones. 15 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 16 Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport fromsource to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :- 17 Sand for an average lead of 40 Km. 18 Stone aggregatebelow 40mm nominal size for an average lead of 40 Km. 19 Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size & above for an average lead of 40 Km. 20 Stones / boulders from local nallah for an average lead of 10 Km.
