Supply and Installation of Water Recoolers for cooling air of generators along with replacement of connecting water pipes (MS) with allied accessories from cooling water pump to water coolers at CHEP-I as per detailed scope of work & technical specifications in SBD-Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable capacity water re coolers of suitable capacity as per existing design for generator air cooling 5 sets (one for each generator). Dismantling of old/damaged pipelines and replacement with new mild steel (MS) pipes, including bends, tees, flanges, gaskets, valves, reducers, elbows, bolts, clamps, air release valves and other pipe fittings.Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply and installation of closed type air to water heat exchangers (re coolers) with allied accessories such as valves, temperature/pressure gauges, supports, insulation (if required), etc, overflow lines.Cleaning and Repair of MS Water tanks. Fabrication and Welding including cutting, flanging, alignment, leak proof connections. Replacement and Installation of MS connecting pipes and accessories from pump to re coolers and return. Overhead compensating system including inlet pipes, float valves, alarm indicators Integration of new water re coolers with existing cooling water pump output line. Hydro testing of welded joints at 1.5 times working pressure. Epoxy based protective painting for MS tanks and piping network after proper surface preparation(de rusting). Pressure Testing, functional testing, flushing, commissioning, and restoration of the complete system with actual load, circulation checks. Submission of layout drawings before and after. Material Test Certificates for all supplied material. Rectification of any issues found during testing.Note: The job includesdismantling, installation, testing, commissioning, assembling, cost ofmaterial, labour, transportation, storage etc. All the parts to be replaced should be of reputed makes / ISI marked. Any item which is not mentioned/left over in the scope of work but needed at the time of repairing to complete the job is deemed to have been included in the scope of work without any extra cost.
