Plant Mix Method 19 4.12:Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 20 5.1.a:Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 21 5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 22 OD60740/2025-2026:Mix seal surfacing,providing,laying and rolling of close graded premix surfacing materialof 20mm thickness composed of 11.2mm to 0.9mm Type -A aggregate usinh penetration grade bitumen to required line gradea and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base,including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with athree wheel 8-10 KN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical specification clause 509 of MORD (usage of bitumen 22kg/10m2 By mechanical means 23 8.4.2:Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign with 7years warranty manufactured as per IRC :67 made of Type IV micro prismatic grade sheeting vide clause 801.3.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick/ aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 25x25x3 and supported on GI pipe pole 50mm NB confirming to IS 1239 firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete min size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy painting over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc. 60 cm equilateral triangle 24 12.4:Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. 25 12.40:Supply, Fitting and Placing un- coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications 26 12.8.1.C:Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical SpecificationsRCC Grade M20 - The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes. 31 8.15:Supplying and installation of delineator (Roadway indicators) posts 80- 100cm high above ground level, pained black, and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with min. 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular retro reflectorized panels at the top with minimum visibility of 300m with provisions to prevent edge lifting and vandalisam, and conforming to clause 806 , IRC-79 and the drawings including fixing to ground (The deleniator shall be of approved type as per specification) 32 Appendix-C-Routine Inspection 33 OD60742/2025-2026:Engaging Labour with passenger car not less than 1000CC for conducting and reporting routine inspection for 20km for the entire length of project road at a frequency of 7 days through out the agreement period of running contract as per the direction of departmental officer
