Strengthening Of Enm Equipments Installed At 20-Block Dakshinpuri Bps Under Deoli Constituency Ac-47.-Dismantling of existing damaged sluice valves, damaged NRV, Damaged Taper Pieces on suction & Delivery side both with the help of gas cutter, specialize labour and manually chain pully block etc. The work must be done one by one without affecting of the water supply. 2 Closing of suction and Delivery line by providing with M.S. blank flange of size 125mm including rubber sheet and M.S. nuts and bolts as per site requirement and direction of engineer -in-charge 3 Dismantling of existing damaged delivery line M.S. pipe, flanged and nut bolts with the help of gas cutter with oxygen cylinder and other tools as per site requirement. 4 Providing of Aluminium armoured cable of size 25 sq. mm 3.5 core. Make :- Havells/Gloster/DJB Approved. 5 Providing and fixing of MS Gap Piece of size 150mm dia thickness 8mm dia medium class duly welded with both side MS flange of 25mm thickness as pe site requirement. 6 Providing of 100 mm dia Non return valve CI D/F as per IS 14846 PN1.0 Make:-Kirloskar/IVC/DJB Approved. SOR(E&M)-2022, Item Code 4.14.5 7 Providing of 100mm dia non-rising spindle CI D/F sluice valve as per 14846 PN1.0 Make: -Kirloskar/IVC/DJB Approved.SOR(E&M)-2022, Item Code 4.13.5 8 Providing of 150mm dia Non Rising spindle CI D/F sluice valvePN1.0 Make:-Kirloskar/IVC/DJB Approved.SOR(E&M)-2022, Item Code 4.13.6 9 Providing of Tyre Type automatic Flexible cushion coupling TC/P/014 with spare tyre. SOR(E&M)-2022, Item Code 21.8.15 10 Making of bore & cutting of key-way in coupling as per the shaft size of pump & motor i/c providing & fixing of key of both sides of coupling. 11 Fabrication & fixing of coupling Guard made out of 50mm X 6 mm M.S sheet duly primer & painted. 12 Supply of Nut-bolts and washer off size as per site requirement. 13 Supply of rubber packing 6mm thick Jyoti/National make as per site requirement. 14 Making of all Electrical connection by using Aluminium armoured cable from LT Panel to motor lead connection & from LRS to charging/vacuum pump set with required items i.e. thimble, ferrule etc. as per site requirement and direction of engineer-in-charge. 15 Making suction connection by fixing of new Sluice valves, gap piece & flanged as per site requirement making delivery connection by fixing of new sluice valves, NRV, Taper piece & flange with the help of tools and tackles, heavy manual labour as per site requirement and direction of engineer-in-charge. 16 Arrangement of all safety equipment for the protection of manpower to work at height and to make the working area free manual labour as per site requirement and direction of engineer-in-charge. 17 Transportations, loading, unloading with heavy manual labour 18 Testing and commission of the sluice valves, NRV, motor pump set complete system at no load and full load.
