Bids Are Invited For 1.1 This document provides the minimum standards for the PBX and associated systems. The system will include as a minimum: a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) and associated equipment, Call Accounting System, Unified Communication, Mobility, IVR, Contact centre along with any peripheral equipment required to connect to analogue, digital and SIP voice data circuits to the public network 1.2 The following scope of work relates to IP PBX hardware and software including all necessary licences and accessories required to meet the site requirement 1.3 The supply, installation, commissioning of a complete distributed architecture IP PBX system including all hardware, instruments, software, connections, and equipment 1.4 Facilitate a properly functioning IP PBX system and associated interfaces 1.5 Provision of required hardware/software for all associated equipment interfaced to IP PBX . This includes Micro Level Design & Implementation of a fully operational interface for all systems as required, e.g. Portable telephone system, Integration with Mobile Hand phones, Mobility features within & outside the infrastructure 1.6 Supply and installation of all telephone handsets specified herein and as called for in the final approved telephone schedule,. These will include Digital, IP/ SIP, analogue telephones & service area phones 2 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 2.1 The PBX must include the most current software version and hardware at the time of system acceptance. Discontinued or about to be discontinued systems are not acceptable. If discontinued during the warranty period, the system is to be replaced in its entirety at no additional cost 2.2 The system and products offered must be sold and supported by either an Indian or internationally recognized manufacturer with an established service support 2.3 The product shall be offered by an internationally recognized IP PBX (Hybrid in nature supporting Analog, Digital, SIP, IP and SIP on both the trunk as well as station side) 2.4 The bidder to ensure that only most recent series/ version of equipment, software to be supplied as per specifications of tender. The OEM of equipment should confirm that the product is latest product under development and is not discontinued/ and not out of production and necessary spare will be available for next 7 years. The software version to be supplied shall be latest version and should be perpetual licensed based. 2.5 During supply of equipment/software it is to be confirmed by the supplier that supplied product is latest one 2.6 System will run on a converged voice and data network (See Local Area Network Chapter for network requirements). The PBX vendor will be responsible for providing their own data switch that the PBX system will connect to on the network 2.7 Proposed Telephony System Should have valid TEC (IR) and TEC(ER) approval certificate 2.8 Original Equipment Manufacturer should be ISO9001-2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified and must enclose supporting documents 2.9 The PBX System, Gateways, Digital Phones, IP Phones, Analogue Phone, Meeting Manager/ Collaboration Bridge, Softphone, UC Client etc. should be of the same OEM with a valid service / spare support of minimum 7 years 2.10 OEM and Specialised Solution for providing IP - PBX shall not be black-listed by any of the Central Govt.
