Repair /Renovation Of Divisional Office Qazigund.- 1 Providing and fixing of plywood of grade 710 and minimum 10 year warranty of standard make as approved anti termite and water proof including carriage, loading unloading complete job. 2 Providing and fixing of 1.5 mm thick decorative laminated dunmica sheet of standard make and quality with all necessary fittings, fixtures, fevicol, labour and carpenter charges, carriage etc complete job as directed by EIC 3 Providing and fixing 3.5 mm thick panels of plain glass for fixed glazing panels/shutters (only panel area to be measured) including cost of imported beadings of required size complete job as per direction of EIC 4 Providing and fixing hardware items for doors, windows and ventilators Aluminium fittings M.S. of approved qualtiy and make or as directed by EIC 5 Aluminium handles 150 mm 6 Nicle plated bright finished mild steel paino hinge 7 Engagement of labour for dismantaling/taking out of existing civil work and isposing of material complete job dismentelling/disassembling of Almerah. 8 Engagement of skilled labour like carpenter, electrician with all machinary like cutters, axe and all other necessary tools etc for setting/fixing of table/ disassebling of aluminium partion, fixing of aluminium frame in divisional drawing branch, fixing of CGI sheet on AE room, fixing of pipes and divisional office and disassebling and fixing of Almeraha in sub Divisional office. 9 Providing, fixing testing and commissioning of GI pipe as perrelevant IS code and fittings such as tees, brass FPT elbows, reducers, male/female, male adaptor with brass threads, clamp etc, jointing with rubber sealant as per manufacturer recommendations conforming steel structural support as required/ directed at site including all civil work, cutting and making good the walls, floors, R.C.C. work etc as approved by EIC for water supply to the divisional ofice 20mm dia nominal bore of standard make medium duty. 10 Hiring charges of diesel generator of minimum 4.5 kw for un interrupted power supply for 24x7 incluidng carriage complet job for assembling of Aluminium frames and tables. 11 Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete 20mm nominal bore 12 Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes conforming to IS: 15801, UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings.
