Tender For Replacement Of Damaged Air Blower And Motor Including Stabilization Of 0 2 Mgd Rsfp At Kulmach For Wss Darwan Nowgam- 1 Providing and laying of armoured cable 95mm, 3.5 Core for main service line of reputed make in PVC pipes of required dia to accommodate the service line including bends etc from main transformer to the main panel board including copper thinable, earth work excavation and filling for laying of cable complete. 2 Supply and fixing of 25mm dia medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting of wall and making good the same in case of recessed complete. 3 Providing and carrying out wiring for lighting/fan/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5mm sq FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor signle core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 mm sq FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required complete 4 Supply of transformer oil (Servo Electra) conforming to IS:335 (1993) for topping/replacement of T-Oil in transformer. 5 Providing and carrying out wiring for heating points with 4.0 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, modular combinedS&S 16Amp along with modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 2 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. (excl cost of conduit) 6 Providing fitting, testing and comissioning ofair blower standard make ISI mark capable of providing compression @ 0.35 kgs/sqcm coupled with suitable 3 phase induction electric motorcomplete with auxiliary pipe system upto filter beds with pressure guage, Nozzles, foundation block, base plate, air check valve , non- return valve, Starter etc: 4.2 KLPM Air blower with 5.0 HP Motor. 7 P/F testing and commissioning of Flocculator drive assembly with crown wheel, pinion sets, reduction gear (40:1) with motors complete job. 1.0 HP 8 Incoming cable, telescopic electric pole with rotary current collector 9 Supply installation and successful testing and commissioning of mono block pumping unit standard make ISI mark coupled with 2 phase induction motor with appropriate pumping capacity so as to fill the tank within the max. of 2 hours with nominal dynamic head of 25m along with all accessories like foot valves, non- return valves, foundation block, base plate, suction pipe, suitable rising main with nominal dia 50mm (class-B)with heavey dutyvalves and other accessories required for the job: Pumping unit with 5.0 HP Motor. 10 Providing and fixing of electric items including all carriages complete Job: 100 Amp MCCB 11 10 Amp MCCB 12 3-phase voltmeter and Amperemeters 13 Applying a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved mettalic paint including removal of rust etc using sand paper on all metallic Gadgets like Bleaching motors,Backwash Motors, Air Blowers etc and MS pipe and Pipe Specials,Steel Railings etc, of RSFPs,complete job. 14 Providing and fixing 150mm dia D.I. sluice valves Class 1 (with cap) complete with rubber insertions, bolts, nuts, extention rod, joint connector, supporting pedestal with base plate, top plate and necessary anchoring boltsetc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately). Confirming to IS:14846 read with latest amendments. 15 Carriage of damaged motors, Air blower to IR Mono to and fro complete job.
