Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 18 Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed. 19 Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed. 20 Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, hold fast, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straigth or curved) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. - NOTE : (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately. 21 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floor), beams, staircase, landing, chajjas, shelves and similar suspended work, including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition and removal of debris , complete all as specified and directed. 22 pre-cast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab of shaft at roof level chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, shelves and similar itemetc set in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed. 23 Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bendingspirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm complete all as specified and directed. 24 Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed. 25 Dubbing out average 20mm thick on irregular faces of walls, exposed reinforced surfaces, in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed 26 Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceilings , finished fair and smooth, complete all as specified and directed. 27 Rendering 15mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 overfair faces of brick / concrete ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including using water proofing compound, including necessary scaffolding & safety arrangement for plaster upto & including 4 storey building complete all as specified.Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately. 28 Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified & directed. 29 Rendering 15mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 30 Two coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling surfaces over a caot of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed 31 Compelte removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling surfaces including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 32 Two coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling surfaces including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 33 One coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling surfaces including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 34 Two coats of white wash on old decorated ceiling surfaces including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed 35 Preparation of oldsurfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint,including necessary scafolding and safety arrangementscomplete all as specified and directed 36 Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0,fixed as in repair all as specified and directed. 37 Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, including cutting groove in wall, insert sheet unde groove and pack with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. 38 Cutting down small trees / bushes from wall/roof/chajja of building including digging out the roots from brick work or any other structure portion of buildingincluding applying root killer chemical as per manufacturer instructionsand making good the disturbed portion to match the existing surface by Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed 39 Repair to RCC sunshades, chajjas, balconies, coloumns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position / height by dismantling loose / disintegrated portion including necessary scafolding and safety arrangements and fixing of reinforcement (cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bendingspirally including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips)/ chicken wire mesh wherever required and dubbing out with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick, using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished the required shape including provision of necessary scaffolding and formwork up to four storey bldg if required and finished with 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Supply only reinforcement and chicken wire mesh will be measured and paid separately under respective items) 40 Supply only chicken wire mesh of size 12.5mm x 1mm complete all as specfied and directed 41 Note For serial item No 01 to 08 : The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :-(a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer ofthe materials like Exterior /Interior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I Memoradum of Understanding (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected.(c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc and preparation of surfaces.(e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.(f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.(g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(h) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.
