| 1 | Attending complaint for petty repair to leaking water in bib tap, pillar tap, stop cock, angle valve, flushing cistern, WHB, Sink, wall mixer etc. of any description any size by changing the washers(s)/jumper(s) etc, by adjusting/replacing the washer(s) and adjustment of lever required for making the flushing cistern functional, by tighting the leaking waste pipe of WHB/Sink and providing \"M\" seal to stop leakage as required. Removal of air lock/blockage of water in GI water tubing and cleaning the pipe or fittings etc. including replacement of major defective item if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes 1 :- The contractor shall make all arrangement for attending the different types of complaints on every day basis.Any major item required to be replaced with new one, to make the system functional shall be measured and paid for seprately as \" S & F\" under respective applicable item of this schedule.
