Tender For Special Repairs To Roof Valley Gutter And Misc Br Works In Bldg No 143 Under Ge C Khadki; 1 Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 M&L for 0.63 mm thickGalvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275,fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 All as per item Ser No. 2 but except sheet etc. 4 M&L for 0.63 mm thick Plain , galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips,roofs, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 M & L for plain, galvanised mild steel sheeting in ridges hips valley gutters drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) by using 1.0mm thick sheet grade of zinc coating @275 gms/Sqm both sides and welded or soldered joints including necessary fittings andplain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness (including Nainital or similar pattern) as in roof vally gutterscomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Removing old tar felt, all loose dirt,old roof tiles,including taking down cement plaster cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus,moss small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightening conductor including refixing the same after repair workand applying neat cement slurry @ 1.5Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces of roof in CM(1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions finishing even and smooth to receive water proofing treatment complete without using extra cementwith and including water proofing treatment over RCC slab,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ. 8 Material and labour for applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.3 kg/Sqm,over RCC slab, and providing and laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and applying two coat of solar reflective aluminium painton membrane surfaces @ 100ml/Sqm completeall as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. 9 Supply only Liquid water proofing compound 10 S&F,in repair, North light window pannel,poly carbonate reinforced sheets,wired glass of 4 mmthick including hacking out,all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge 11 Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement/cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge . 13 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . 14 M&L Rendering/plastering, 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 15 M & L for 15 mm thick (10mm + 5mm) rendering on brick /concrete or dubbed surface in CM 1:4 and surface finished even and fair by mixing liquid water proofing compound using extra cement as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-charge..
