    Tender For Providing Pipe Line At Kadukarai Vilaku To Azhagiapandiapuram Junction In Azhagiapandiapuram Town Panchayat.; 1 Earth work excavation and deposing on bank with an initial lead and lift in hard stiff clay stiff black cotton hard red earth shales murram gravel stoney earth mixed with small size boulders for laying of pipe line including refilling the trench with excavated earth etc. complete 2 160mm HDPE pipe PN-10 3 Supply and delivery of following pipes and specials 4 160mm HDPE pipe PN-10 5 160mm dia HDPE bends 6 160mm dia HDPE Tees 7 40mm CI Double Air valve 8 150mm GI pipe B class 9 150mm GI Elbow 10 Lowering HDPE pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the TWAD Officers 11 160mm HDPE pipe PN-10 12 150mm GI pipe B class 13 Jointing HDPE Pipes and Specials by butt fusion welding / electro fusion welding joints using fusion equipment as per ISO 21307-2011 and as per IS 7634 (part-2) : 2012 including cost of hire charges for butt fusion equipment power supply arrangements etc., complete as per directed by TWAD Board Officers 14 160mm HDPE pipe PN-10 15 Testing of pipes for water supply with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (including cost of water) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, excluding the cost of pipes but including other incidential and operational charges etc., complete for the following diametres of pipes. 16 160mm HDPE pipe PN-10 17 Labour charges for fixing ofvalves with necessary pipes and specials in proper grade and alignment etc complete. 18 Labour charges for linking the pipe line with existing main in proper grade and alignment etc complete.
