Carrying out light load test. And also oil top up if required. 38 Charges for dismantling ESP - failed HVR Transformer from ESP Roof top to `0’ meter level and shifting the failed HVR Transformer `0’ meter to NCTPP-III stores for devolution works Including cost of lifting, lowering Hoist available in 32 mtr and Transporting new spare HVR Transformer from NCTPP-III stores to `0’ meter level/ESP and `0’ meter to ESP Roof top. Erection & commissioning of New spare HVR Transformer in location ( Including cost of lifting, lowering and transporting charges and hire charges for tools & plants, chain block etc. 39 Charges for attending breakdown/fault works in LT module and its related panels and checking the condition and monitoring of mechanisms, tightness checking of all terminals, etc. as per the direction of engineer incharge. 40 Labour charges for removing the damage and replacing the power circuit and control circuit wiring in junction box, pendant fastoon trolley remodification work, replacing the damaged push buttons and wiring work in pendant of cranes/hoists of various kW ratings 41 Routine checking of HT Cable route and Terminations - Walk down throughout the route of the cable to check any cable abnormalities: 1.Cable insulation damage,2.Noises in Cable joints,3.cable tray damage,4.Rodent disturbances,5.damage of cable dressing, 6.Trees and bushes intervention,7.corrosion of supports,etc. 42 Charges for various sizes of LT power, control, instrumentation and lighting cables cleaning, dressing, binding and relaying in the cable trays in cable trays erection areas 43 Charges for Cleaning the fly ash, coal dustdeposit from the cable trays with air in Boiler, Mill, ESP and ID fan area and binding of disturbed cables while cleaning. 44 Charges for Maintenance of TG building lift, Service Building, Lift, Chimney Lift, ESP lift and Admin building lift. Cleaning of all panels in lift, control/power modules, Battery Units and checking the tightness of terminals as per direction of Engineer incharge. 45 Charges for laying /dismantling / relaying HT 11kV 1CX240 Sqmm,11kV 1CX630 Sqmm &Armoured Aluminium Power cable including loading, transporting & unloading of cable from central stores to site and devoluting the remaining to the stores. 1. Dismantling by removing the trafoils, and removing cable from the cable tray without any damage. 2.Relaying the cable of same size, in the same route without damage to insulation of the cable, and dressing the cable with self-locking, de-interlocking nylon strips. 3.Using appropriate gland size for the cable and ensuring the tightness of the gland, and ensuring the insulation of the cable around the gland.4.Termination of the cable with suitable End termination kits. 46 Charges for laying /Dismantling /relaying HT 6.6 kV 3CX120 Sqmm , 6.6kV 3CX95 Sqmm, 11kV 3CX185 Sqmm & 11kV 3CX240 Sqmm Armoured Aluminium Power cable including loading, transporting & unloading of cable from central stores to site and devoluting the remaining to the stores.1.
