    tender for Ipgae And R At Shyamadas Vaidya Shastra Pith Hospital Repairing Of Fire Pipelines And Supply Of Sprinkler Head And Valves For Smooth Running Of Fire Fighting System During The Year 2025-2026- 1 Supply, erection and testing of heavy grade (class-C) pipes conforming to IS-1239/is-3589 including all fittings viz. tees, elbows, reducers, union, flanges, rubber gaskets, G.I. nuts bolts, washer and structural steels for pipe suports etc. Necessary painting with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints to be done and supply of paints shall be with vendors scope. 25mm NB : 2 80mm NB : 3 Supplying, fitting & fixing SS Ball valve as per BS : 5351 and Make bearing ISI Markingall complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 25mm : 4 Supply & installation of SS branch pipe with 20mm nozzle conforming to IS: 903. 5 Supplying & fixing Sprinkler Head (Pendent type). 6 Supplying. Fitting of Pressure gauge with half coupling, nipple, root valve adapter, 3-way guage cock, vibration dampner as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect. 7 Supplying, fitting and fixing gunmetal wheel valve of approved brand and make tested to 21 kg per sq. cm. (for water lines only). 25 mm dia : 8 Supply & installation of 63 mm dia rubberized reinforced rubber line hose pipe in 15 m length conforming to IS : 636 Type II ISI marked with gunmetal male and femaleinstantaneous coupling conforming to IS 903 wounded with 18 SWG copper wire.
