Casing pipes assembly with slots or with out slots)/(PVC Casing pipes assembly) in the drilled hole including welding the joints etc., complete and supplying and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the Executive Engineers of TWAD Board Twad (2024-25 / Volume -II) Pg No 201 19 150 mm dia Casing Pipes assembly 20 Charges for developing the Borewell with air compressor of 600 CFM capacity (Minimum 8 Hours) including transportation, labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by TWAD Officers and conducting yield test by V notch method Twad (2024-25 / Volume -II) Pg No 201 21 Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pumpset suitable for 150mm dia borewell conforming to IS 8034/2002 as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted LPM against head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continous rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor as per IS9283 /1995 as amended there after, suitable for operation in AC three phase 415 V+/- 10 %, 50 HZ +/- 5 % (50lpm x 100m) 22 Erection of power pumps in borewell labour charges for erection of twin packer duplex type jet pumps inborewells upto 150 mm dia including fixing of Suction pipe regulating valves with jet assembly upto a maximum depth of 30 m and delivery pipe valves pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three indicator lamps capacitor and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumps and trail run for 10 days including signing of completion of reports as required by EB authorities and finishing the pipe holes including the foundation bolts, nuts and earth pits.Twad (2024-25 / Volume -II) Pg No 204 23 Upto 3 HP 24 Supply and delivery of the following Upvc Column Pipe 50mm complete as per standard specification . 25 Supply and delivery of PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core 4 sqmm flate type copper cable confirming to IS 694/1990 including cost and conveyance of material etc complete as per standard specification . 26 Supply and delivery of direct online starter confirming to IS13947, IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/Three Phase/50HZ(± 5%) and 415 V(±10%) including Ammeter, Voltmeter, Thermal Overload relay, 16 Amps 2 pole Magnetic Contactor with under Voltage protection, Indication lamp, starting capacitor, running capacitor and On/Off Push button switches, 5 way connector, wiring with 1 sq. mm/1.5 sq. mm copper PVC insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately). 27 Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc., (1000 Liters)
