Tender For Special Repair/Replacement Of Oh Ht/Lt Cable With Ug Ht/Lt Cable At Smq Area At Af Stn Digaru; 1 Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of HT under ground cables, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in layers, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for sand coushioning to trenches/ existing cable trenches for cushioning of HT underground cable including spreading, levelling, well ramming in layers not) exceeding 25cm in thickness, complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply and laying well burnt sub class B old size bricks, laid flat dryin trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, laid flat, dry laid perpendicular to the length of underground cable in trenches for cable protection complete of class HV type 1, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 7 Dismantling of Over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced, complete all as specified and directed. 8 Dismantling of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply, laying testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade (Earthed) of size 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply, laying testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply, laying testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply, laying testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply joining and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with and including jointing materials and accessories suitable for 11kV XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cable of size 185 Sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 80mm bore for protection of cable, under road crossing, across drain, along electric pole or floor/ wall etc, complete all as specified and directed. 15 Boring/Drilling (horizontally) manually not exceeding 2m deep in soil below existing road suitable for passing GI/MS tubing of 80 to 200 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed. 16 M & L for HT Cable route indicator with a welded/riveted disc of 4 inch dia and engraved with cable with cable route marker made out of angle iron 40 x 40 x 4 mm thick dug in ground within and incl PCC 1:3:6 type C1 foundation of size 45(H)X15(W)X15(L) using 20mm graded aggregate at approx distance every 10 mtr the same item errection at site including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 17 Supply, install, commissioning and testing LT feeder pillar box of size 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.50 mtr, outdoor with slopping canopy at top, manufactured by a CPRI approved factory, self supporting structure and compartmentalized type, dust & weather proof, protection IP 65, front and rear operated double door with necessary locking arrangement made of 50x50X6mm angle iron frame, with four legs grouted to PCC (1:2:4) type B1 MS angle iron frame work and CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick duly phosphating process and treatment of panel with anti-corrosive zinc based primer paint and finally powder coating the panel, after seven tank treatment process both internally and externally.
