exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of workcomplete all as specified and as directed. 2 M&L for repairs to pot holes of depth area not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc cutting around edges to at least 30 mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coatwith paving bitumen grade 10 pack primer (VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder with paving bitumen grade 30 pack (VG-30) @9.8 kg per 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm, complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of Limestone, sand bl;ast stone, Fint or Quartzite grade 1 (40 to 90mm size)spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed. 4 All as per Item No. 3.00 above but except materials, using serviceable material (road metal) obtain complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for preparing unsurfaced / new water bound macadam(WBM) surfaces by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat withbituminous primer of grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 10kg per 10 sqm over WBM surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove allloose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade 30 Pack (VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mixlaid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to12 tonne power road roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L for laying bituminious premixed carpat by using conventional method,40 mm thick consolidated thickness with 0.54 Cu.m per 10 sqm of stone chipping and mixed with 29.20 kg per 10 sqmof binder using paving bitumen grade 30 Pack (VG-30) laid and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for liquid seal coat by applying paving bitumen of grade 30 (VG-30)@ 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 6.3 mm size stone chipping @ 0.09 cum per 10 Sqm and rolled to a uniformed smooth surface by 8 to 12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed. 10 Providing and lying Mastic Asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 using approved coarse aggregates, fine aggregates filler materials and bitumen, prepared by using Mastic cooker including cost and carriage of all ingredients, cost of heating aggregates and binder mixing in specified proportions conforming to approved job mix formula and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, compacting, sealing the construction joints and surface finishing conforming to specifications including providing antiskid surface with bitumen pre-coated fine arraigned hard stone chipping of 13.20mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm Centre to Centre in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 200C, protruding 1 mm to 4mm over mastic surface including the hire charges of all tools and plants and machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and quality control all complete as per clause 516 of specification for road and bridge works of MORTH (5th Revision). 25mm thick green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for applying thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour upto 10cm width in edges of road with 2.75mm or more thickness, applied using mechanically propelled vehicle consisting heated hopper mounted on a pram, which feeds hot molten thermoplastic under gravity to a rectangular screed with a gate at the base whose opening is set to produce the thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete(1:3:6), type C2(40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of flooretc including finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L forsand cushioning (40mm thick) including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for providing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. 20 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for coloured & polished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments includig 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as incoping, or
