    Annual Maintenance Contract for computers Printers, UPS and other related peripherals for Bankura District Laboratory , Joypur, Indpur, Mukutmanipur WTP Site, Bankura-II, Simlapal, Sonamukhi, Patrasayer, Bishnupur, Sarberia, Gangajalghati, Sanabandh, Onda, Raipur, Saltora & TaldangraSub District water testing Laboratory under Bankura Division PHE Dte. w.e.f. 01.10.2025 to 30.09.2026 . (Twelve Months)-Annual Maintanance contract (AMC) of computers for 16 nos. PHED Managed Water Testing Laboratory for Software Maintenance & Software releted problem with Toner Refilling of any kind, formatting of computers with operating system installation (all) M.S.Office & other software installation as per requirment ｛monthly 1 (one) time visit compulsary｝ including trouble shooting, supervision for up keeping of computer & maintenance of local area Net work with Maintenance of Monitor, mouse, Key board of replacement of battery, UPS & Printer etc. all complete. ( Software upgradation/ Refilling of Cartridge of printer etc.) No. of computer under AMC 16 nos.(including all Taxes)
